About The Training

OVERVIEW

Retirement or retirement is a phase for workers after undergoing several years of work. It would be better to already have anticipation in planning future follow-up to face the retirement period. In facing the retirement period, both mental readiness and knowledge are needed so that during retirement you can still carry out activities that generate additional income. Anxiety often arises before retirement comes so the entrepreneurial mentality of workers must be improved so that they have the knowledge and skills to have an entrepreneurial mentality. In general, the main concerns relate to the problem of filling leisure time with unclear and uncertain choices of activities, or regarding the problem of income that will become much less than when working. Other concerns are personal, such as the loss of status and power resulting in the so-called "Post Power Syndrome", feelings of uselessness and helplessness as one is excluded from previous activities and other forms of personal problems. Large companies that have many employees often have problems when their employees enter retirement, comfort zone diseases such as laziness, nepotism, passivity, decreased individual performance, ignorance, and suspicion, which are in the mindset of employees must be eliminated and changed into an independent mindset that has more business value. This training will be aimed at helping companies to change the existing retirement paradigm.

OBJECTIVES

By the end of this training course, participants will be able to:
