OVERVIEW

The era of globalization with the development of information technology today needs employees who master the concept of filing document management systems, either by manual methods or by electronic process. This concept already consists of; how to manage hard documents (paper documents) and soft documents (document images and manual documents). Document image management (document scanning results) and manual document (document results from an application, such as word processing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations) are very important in supporting the policy applied based on document management standard ISO 9001: 2001/2008. If the concept of a filing document management system is used properly in an organization, it will help maximize the service process, both to internal customers and to external customers, to create a good image and enhance the competitiveness of the organization.
