OVERVIEW
In the multi-finance business, credit analysis plays a very important role because understanding the concept of credit analysis helps to carry out credit analysis correctly, minimize the risk of credit to be given, arrange Credit Facilities, Credit Monitoring, and Relationship Management Techniques. It has 4 components which are widely known as The “4 Cs” of credit—capacity, collateral, covenants, and character—and provide a useful framework for evaluating credit risk.
