About The Training

Overview

Fire Officer termasuk tugas/pekerjaan yang memiliki tingkat bahaya yang tinggi. Petugas Pemadam kebakaran adalah sekelompok orang yang memiliki tugas untuk memadamkan api ketika terjadi kebakaran serta melakukan penyelamatan ketika terjadi bencana/kejadian yang membutuhkan pertolongan.

Pekerjaan yang beresiko tinggi seperti ini harus mengikuti pelatihan yang sesuai dibidangnya dan memiliki kompetensi dalam bidang tersebut. Selain melakukan pemadaman dan penyelamatan, seorang pemadam kebakaan juga harus melakukan pencegahan. Pencegahan yang dimaksud adalah memberi informasi/ melakukan sosialisasi, contoh nya sosialisasi untuk karyawan kantor guna meningkatkan kesadaran terhadap keselamatan kerja di sekitarnya sesuai dengan Keputusan Menteri Tenaga Kerja RI No. KEP-186/MEN/1999 Tentang unit Penanggulangan Kebakaran di Tempat Kerja.

Objectives:

  • Peserta memahami peraturan kebakaran dibidang migas.
  • Peserta memahami penyebab dan bahaya terjadinya kebakaran
  • Peserta memahami penanggulangan kebakaran
  • Peserta memahami dan mampu melakukan teknik-teknik pemadaman kebakaran
  • Peserta mampu melakukan penyelamatan jika terjadi kebakaran.
  • Peserta mampu dalam melakukan pemadam kebakaran serta pengoperasian peralatannya
  • Peserta mampu menempatkan dan menyebarkan APAR di area kerja
  • Peserta mampu dalam penggunaan Self Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA)

Target Participants

Setiap Karyawan yang bekerja di lapangan dan juga di gedung.

  1. Peraturan Perundangan Keselamatan Kebakaran bidang Migas
  2. Pencegahan bahaya kebakaran
  3. Penanggulangan bahaya kebakaran
  4. Tindakan awal pencegahan kebakaran
  5. Syarat terjadinya api, Kimia api
  6. Klasifikasi bahaya kebakaran dan media pemadam
  7. Prinsip teknik pemadaman dan Hose Drill
  8. Pengetahuan tentang APAR (Alat Pemadam Api Ringan) dan pemeliharaannya
  9. Peralatan pemadam kebakaran
  10. Alat Pelindung Diri
  11. Penggunaan SCBA
