OVERVIEW

Kegiatan usaha perusahaan tidak terlepas terjadinya kecelakaan yang dapat memunculkan gangguan pada perusahaan baik yang berisiko pada proses maupun bisnis. Di mana jenis kecelakaan ini harus diidentifikasi bahaya dan risikonya agar perusahaan mampu melakukan penanganan apabila hal terburuk terjadi. Untuk mengantisipasi kejadian tersebut, perusahaan harus membentuk organisasi tersendiri dalam menghadapi keadaan darurat. Tanpa proses antisipasi yang dilakukan dalam mengidentifikasi bahaya dalam menghadapi keadaan darurat, kepanikan akan terjadi dan kemungkinan kerugian yang lebih besar akan dialami oleh perusahaan. Kesadaran perusahaan tentang kemungkinan adanya kecelakaan yang tidak diharapkan, akan meningkatkan kewaspadaan Perusahaan. Sehingga saat perusahaan mengalami kecelakaan yang menimbulkan gangguan pada proses maka perlu dilakukan perencanaan tanggap darurat (Emergency Response Plan ERP). Dengan perencanaan yang baik diharapkan dapat meminimalkan kerugian yang terjadi baik dari sisi asset, jiwa, lingkungan dan reputasi perusahaan.

OBJECTIVES

Setelah mengikuti training Emergency Response Plan ini diharapkan para peserta mampu:

  • Mengkoordinasikan upaya Perencanaan Tanggap Darurat/ ERP (Kebakaran, Huru hara, tumpahan bahan kimia, Gempa Bumi dll) sehingga tercapai efisiensi dan efektifitas dalam pengendaliannya.
  • Mengatur tata cara dalam pelaksanaan penanggulangan Keadaan Darurat sehingga kerugian perusahaan dapat ditekan seminimal mungkin.
  • Memastikan tindakan pengendalian sesuai Prosedur dan Organisasi ERP.
