About The Training

OVERVIEW

Under the circular letter of the Minister of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia No.M/5/HK.04.00/VII/2019 concerning the mandatory implementation of competency certification for positions in the field of Human Resource Management. To implement the company's Human Resources (HR) which are competent, competitive, ethical, and comply with applicable regulations, and to build harmonious industrial relations in the company, it is necessary to have a Human Resources Department (HRD) section that has competence per the National Work Competency Standards. Indonesia (SKKNI). 

In this regard, this training exists as a provider of competency certification for HR practitioners. Competency certification is intended to be used as the competency certification scheme of the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP) and refers to the applicable SKKNI in the field of HR Management.

OBJECTIVES

By the end of this training course, participants will be able to:
