KPI: Performance Management System or Creating Silosm?


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are often integral to a Performance Management System (PMS). However, whether they contribute to creating silos or not depends on how they are implemented and utilized within an organization.


1. Performance Management System (PMS):
