DR. Ir. Sri F. Tarmizi, MBA
Dr. Tarmizi’s 20 years of experience in oil and gas industry as a professional and top manager in operation engineering, human resources, business planning and process re-engineering coupled with good academic background is an asset of quality sharing and facilitating the acquirement of the industry knowledge base and practices.

Education
Ms. Tarmizi was graduated as the firstIndonesia female Petroleum Engineer from ITB (Bandung Institute of Technology) in 1972. She completed her MBA from IPMI/Monash University in August 1996 with Award Winning of Excellence in Human Resources, Management of Information System, and Comparative Management. Ms. Tarmizi obtained her Doctoral Degree in Management Science from the Technology of University of the Philippine in Manila in December 1999.

Ir. Sudaryanto , MSc
Mr. Sudaryanto’s 14 years hands-on experience in Oil & Gas Procurement especially in drilling, chemicals, production, MRO materials ensures a technology transfer in this latter field and has been actively involved in several efforts for efficiency improvement in ARCO Procurement business cycle and procedures. He also has been active as instructor in some Procurement in-house training held within ARCO Indonesia.

Ferdinand Sadeli, MAF
Mr. Sadeli has more than 5 years working experience in financial and accounting areas within three multinational companies. He is a very experienced lecturer. He has been teaching at Trisakti University since 1994 for various subjects, at Graduate School of Business Bina Nusantara University since 2000 and as a course coordinator at Graduate School of Business Mercu Buana University since 2001. Ir. Dyah Erowati, MBA
Ms. Dyah experience as ARCO internal consultant when she joined the Operations Development provide good ground for her expertise in identifying areas of improvement involving re-engineering in terms of cost, cycle time, business process and procedures; her efforts led her to the Company’s Doo Dads award.

Ms. Dyah has long wide coverage of experience in Materials , Inventory and Procurement Management for nine years. During her career with ARCO, Ms. Dyah worked with various professionals in Cross Functional Team as well as leading her own team consisted of ten senior materials analysts dedicated for materials support and inventory planning & control, integrated information system support for Materials, warehouses and inventory.

Ms. Dyah heavily involved and led the implementation of Oracle MAMMS (Materials Accounting and Materials Management System) in ARCO Bali North Materials Department in 1993. Further she led several MAMMS enhancement in ARCO Indonesia Materials department afterwards.

Ir. Kris Hendardjo, MBA
Mr. Kris Hendardjo graduated from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) majoring in Geology and obtained his Master degree from Institute Pengembangan Wiraswasta Indonesia (IPWI). Mr. Hendardjo's 25 years experiences in major oil & gas corporations and oil service companies will be extremely valuable learning sources. Three years of his overseas assignment in Conoco London, UK and Houston, USA would allow distinctively to share his practical experience, tools, and knowledge to participants of all aspects in petroleum him effectively and engineering and operations in Indonesia and world best practice.

He has been very actively facilitated technical and non technical workshops related to oil & gas industry such as Basic Petroleum, Presentation Skills & Meeting Skills, Geology for Non-geologists, Exploration for Non-Explorationists, Team Power, Time Management, Coaching, Seven Habits Workshop , Introduction to Petroleum Engineer for Non-Technical Personnel, and many others. Mr. Herdardjo also actively involved in many organizations, such as AAPG (American Association of Petroleum Geologists), IAGI (Ikatan Ahli Geologi), HAGI (Himpunan Ahli Geofisika Indonesia), HFI (Himpunan Ahli Fisika Indonesia), and IPA ( Indonesian Petroleum Association). Drs. Kun Kun Sudaryat
Currently, Kun Kun holds a senior position in Human Resource Planning & Development in a major Oil & Gas Company in Indonesia. He is a key player in the review of Company's human resource structures process, to include among others organization development, manpower planning, recruitment, selection & staffing, job analysis/evaluation, industrial relations, career development, succession planning, performance management and training & development. He has been with the company for more than 19 years and gains an extensive experience in human resources development and planning and all related aspect of those areas.

Kun Kun has an extensive experience in teaching, facilitating public training and consulting for the provision of human resources services to all employees at all levels. His teaching experiences include Facilitator for Diploma Program in Human Resources Development since 1997 (The program is organized by Ateneo De Manila University), Instructor for Supervisory/Management Training since 1998, Speaker and facilitator for the career development program to the HRD Club since early 2001, Guest Speakers on Human Resources Development to Various Universities in Indonesia since 1996 up to present.

Kun Kun is very actively involved in many association and organization related to Human Resources and Training Development. He graduated from Teacher's Training College, Bandung, in 1983. Asep R. Suhendan
Asep spent most of his 20 years career in petroleum industry at the Exploration Department of PT. Stanvac ndonesia. He involved in Cobia and Fortescue fields' development at Bass Straits of Esso Australia ( 1982 - 1983). He was a member of Exxon International's Reservoir Management Team (1988 - 1991).

He joined PT. Ustraindo Petrogas in 1993 - 1995 as an EP Operations Planner. He becomes a consultant in petroleum management and business development since then. Asep is a graduate of Geology Dept. of ITB (1977) and Prasetya Mulya Graduate School of Management (1994). He is a Certified Petroleum Geologist of AAPG, and a Certified Investment Manager Representative of the Committee on the Standards of Capital Market Professionals of Indonesia.

Ir. A.E. Harsa
Harsa joined PT. Stanvac Indonesia right after his graduation from Geology Dept. of ITB (1965), eight years later he become the Exploration Manager of the company, and was the first Indonesian Exploration Manager in the industry. He received Diploma in Management from South Methodist University (SMU), Houston (1973) and University of Michigan (1981). He took early retirement in 1991 to develop his own company, PT. Petronusa Bumibakti and become its first President Director. In 1993, he accepted a position as an Executive Vice President at PT Ustraindo Petrogas. Since then, he was appointed as the President of PT Asuransi Takaful Umum (1996 - 1998).

Harsa also played an active role in many association and non-profit organization. He was the President of IAGI in 1985 - 1986. Currently, he is Chairman and Member of the Board of Commissioners of several companies, and a senior faculty member of the Mineral Technology Dept. at Trisakti University.

Mhd. Taufik Arifin SE, APAI, CIIB
Taufik is currently is co-founder and marketing director of PT. Visi Bersama Serantau (VBS), a leading insurance roker and consultant company specialized in Energy Risk Insurance. His clients includes major national oil & gas contractors such as Medco Group, Radiant Utama Group, Guna Nusa, Barata Nusatama, Singgar Mulia, Istana Karang LaLaut. VBS is also consultant for a number of Production Sharing Contract (PSC) such as Totalfinaelf Indonesia, Gulf Resources Indonesia, Conoco Indonesia, Kondur Petroleum, Maxus, Exxon Mobil and Expan.

Taufik graduated from faculty of economy at the University of Muhammadiyah, Jakarta in Business Management. In 1995, he won a very prestigious award from IBM as the susuccessful team in Asia Pacific Biz Game Championship sponsored by IBM in Sidney, Australia, representing IBM Indonesia. He successfully outperformed other participants from Australia, Malaysia, Singapore and New Zealand.

Taufik has an extensive insurance management experience ranging from being insurance broker to corporate risk managers and have been working in the insurance and risk management industry for more than 20 years, especially in energy insurance.

Taufik is an associate of Ahli Pialang Asuransi Indonesia (APAI)/ The Association of Indonesian Insurance Brokers. He also holds Certified Indonesian Insurance Brokers (CIIB). Taufik is an active member of Indonesia Petroleum Association (IPA), Forum Komunikasi Asuransi PERTAMINA (FORKOMNAS) and the Indonesian Risk Management Association.

Dr. Trijana Kartoatmodjo
Dr. Trijana Kartoatmodjo has served PERTAMINA for more than 29 years. He has been involved i n the field plan of development of the Production Sharing Contractors (PSC) in Indonesia. He also spent his time to be a field operation engineer and production reservoir engineer. He is Master of Science in Production Engineering from University of Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA., and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Reservoir Engineering major in Pressure Transient in Wells from

He is very familiar with the difficult and unique gas sales and gas field development faced by risk management. He has a sound understanding of the risk management, excellent knowledge of reservoir engineering and its uncertainty.

He prepared the unpublished reports of Pertamina's Standard Operation Procedures of field reservoir engineers and production engineers and Pertamina's Standard Operating Procedures of Water Flooding and Surveillance.

Some of his publications can bee found in the Indonesia Petroleum Association, Society of Petroleum Engineers, World Oil, and Oil and Gas Journal.
