Course Overview
Oil and Gas industry in Indonesia involves many strategic opportunities because of the attractiveness in economics benefit, advance technology appliances and country / political risk condition. Therefore Oil and Gas industry projects in Indonesia are managed and controlled by the Government based on the 1945 constitution of the Republic of Indonesia.
These 3 days workshop is intended to provide more understanding focuses mostly on upstream Oil and Gas project, consists of exploration, development and production facilities project and the related financial project report point of view.
The participant would be guide to meet the financial and economics project proposal, and the financial reporting system and procedures applied, as mention in the Production Sharing Contract in Indonesia. These topics is concentrated in investment in Oil and Gas project include the Cash Flow analysis.
Participant could be people from various departments within the PSC company, and Pertamina employee of upstream departments, geologist, geophysicist, petroleum engineers, economics engineers, controllers, senior and junior staff, finance people, lawyers, auditors etc. Everybody in the company must learn the cash flow analysis of fund invested in the Oil & Gas Projects.

Day I
Introduction of the Oil & Gas Project.
Uncertainty of reserves, technical and financial risk. Project risk, High, medium and low risk. Establishing project control. PSC Project Criteria, exploration and deve- lopment project, production facilities project and certain other project included in BPMIGAS financial procedures manual of Authorization Financial Expenditures
Day II & III
PSC project AFE, and actual report.
AFE/Project for Exploration, Development, Drilling and Production Facilities Project. Field Development Economics. Production, Lifting, ICP, Revenue, FTP and Cost Recovery; Entitlement, DMO, Government Tax, and Cash Flow Analysis. Questionnaire.
