Everybody can be a better leader, a more complete leader, everybody can use more of their potential to inspire and empower others to achieve better results. Great leadership is not formulaic, nor is it easy, but it is learnable.
Most people reaching an executive position have had more formal training in technical disciplines than in the art of leading people. They may be an expert software developer, an accountant, a marketer or an entrepreneur, but they quickly discover that the way in which they manage, motivate and negotiate with people is at least half their role.
Leadership is an increasingly challenging role. But it is not impossible, nor intangible, nor given only to the select few “born” leaders. It is even measurable. Our program sets out a step by step improvement and offers a means by which you can gauge your progress. It will be able to identify both the specific set of abilities that are the active ingredients in great leadership, and the principles of learning that must be applied to bring improvement.
This leadership program is a practical and individual coaching program that will show how to get better at motivating, managing and measuring performance that will lead you to lead others better. It’s an hands on and very interactive trough group discussion, case studies skill practice and one on on instruction, each participants will be able to put into practice what they have learned in program.
